I am a lawyer and Bachelor or Laws from FGV São Paulo Law School. I also hold a Master’s degree from the Institute of International Relations at the University of São Paulo (USP). From 2019 to 2023, I worked as a researcher at FGV São Paulo Law School’s Center for Teaching and Research in Innovation, and from 2023 to 2024 at InternetLab. In both places, I worked on projects involving Internet governance issues, such as privacy and personal data protection, e-health, digital sovereignty, among others. Currently, I am part of the advisory team to the Brazilian Internet Steering Committee (CGI.br).
