Participation fee / fellowships
We offer different models for various stakeholders and can accept overall 30 fellows per year.

10 seats are reserved for self funded fellows (applications possible until 31 March 2025) and 20 seats are reserved for fellowships (applications possible until 28 February 2025):

SELF FUNDED / FULL FEE of 5.000 EUR, plus 19% VAT (contains no sponsoring components) – Target groups are organisations, corporate entities and governments from the WEOG region.SELF FUNDED / REDUCED FEE of 2.500 EUR, plus 19% VAT (half of the fee is supported by our overall budget) – Target groups are international, non-governmental organisations that operate on small and donation-based budgets, as well as employees of EuroSSIG sponsors.FELLOWSHIP / STUDENTS FEE of 500 EUR, plus 19% VAT – It is a fellowship because most of the fee is supported by our overall budget. Eligible for application are university students from the WEOG region, and stakeholders who are not students from emerging economies.FELLOWSHIP EXCLUDING TRAVEL COSTS – All costs for participation are covered by our overall budget. The fellow has to cover the travel costs. Eligible for application are university students and stakeholders from emerging economies.
