Negotiation is not only something that happens in boardrooms, diplomatic settings or legal disputes. It is part of everyday professional life — whenever people with different interests, incentives, cultures and power positions need to move forward together.
In this 90-minute workshop, we will look at negotiation as a practical personal skill and as a core leadership capability in complex environments. You will learn how to prepare for difficult conversations, understand visible and hidden interests, recognise power dynamics, and move from fixed positions toward workable agreement.
The session is designed for participants working in multistakeholder settings such as governance, policy, business, civil society, technology, education or international cooperation. It is not a theoretical lecture, but a practical workshop with structured tools, real-life examples and short interactive exercises.
You will leave with a simple negotiation map that you can use immediately for your own professional or institutional challenges.
This workshop is for anyone who wants to become more effective in situations where agreement is necessary — but not easy.
