Academic background: I am Public Relations Manager at Georgian National Communications Commission since 2008. I have masters degree in Public Relations. Also bachelors degree in public relations. I have participated in Integrated Training for Peace Support and Security Management Course Of British Council. Starting from 2004 I am PR manager. I have huge experience in informational and PR campaigns. I was leading person in informational campaign of National Military Standby Service in Georgia, as well as National Military Contract Service. I planed and implemented the informational and PR campaign of governmental reform of Numbering plan of Georgia. I lead the reform of Number Portability and LTE (4G) system implementation. In 2015 I was appointed Press Speaker of the Governmental Reform to switch over from the analog free to air broadcasting to the digital free to air broadcasting. For the labor input during the reform the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, Mr. Dimitri Kumsishvili awarded me by acknowledgement.
Please explain why you are interested to participate at the Euro-SSIG:
As I have already mentioned I work for the regulatory body for the Media and Electronic Communications and the Internet Governance issues are very interesting for my farther carrier development. Euro-SSIG Course will help me to better know more about Internet Governance future challenges, cyber security, regulations, implementation in Georgian low and business planing.
