Academic background: I’m a Social Worker graduated from the National Autonomous University of Honduras (UNAH, in spanish), specialized in the design, management, monitoring and evaluation of development projects, actually I’m working as oficial of project management and advocacy at C-Libre, also I’m a law student at the Technological University Center. I’ve participate in thematic workshops nd conferences on digital rights and internet with Article 19 chapter Mexico, Center for Freedom of Expression Studies of Palermo’s University and The Special Rapporteur for Freedom of Expression of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights.
