My name is Adugna necho Mulatu from Ethiopia. I am working in Bahir Dar University, Bahir dar Institute of Technology, Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering as lecturer of computer Engineering.
I have got my BSc and MSc degrees in Computer Engineering in Adama science and Technology University and Mekelle University, Ethiopia respectively. I am PhD student in computer Engineering in Bahir Dar University starting from January 1 2021.
I was Software and Data Science research group leader and computer Engineering head from sep 1 2018- Dec 31 2019 and January 1- Dec 31 2020 respectively in the faculty.
I have taught many courses for more than 7 8 years such as Introduction to Computer, Internet programming, Distributed systems, Artificial Intelligence, Computer systems modelling and simulation, Fundamentals of programming, Compiler design and soon.
I have participated in different conferences such as Africa chapters advocacy meeting in Addis, AU, 2019, Ethiopia Internet development conference on March 3-5 2020 in Addis, Hilton , Ethiopia school on Internet governance form May 21-25, 2021, consecutive meeting on consultation of Ethiopia Telecommunication drafted laws and EuroDIG from 28 – 30 June 2021. In addition, I am founder and founding president of Internet Society Ethiopia Chapter from January 2020 till now.
Now, I am Programme for Training and Research in Italian Laboratories (TRIL) Fellow in The Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP) starting from April 1 2021.
