German Commission for UNESCO
Dr. Maximilian Müngersdorff works as programme specialist for international cooperation and emerging topics at the German Commission for UNESCO. There, he particularly accompanies the implementation of international law texts, currently the UNESCO Recommendation on the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Previously, he worked at the German Institute of Development and Sustainability (IDOS), most recently as project manager on sustainable public procurement and sustainability in value chains. In 2016, he completed his PhD on the democratic quality of European climate policy at the University of Duisburg-Essen.
