It may seem obvious, but it is a truly in-depth learning experience.

For those who study or work with technological and internet-related issues, many times you overlook or have never even heard about the topics that are learned at school. For me, it was essential to have a broader view because I often focus only on internet applications, which involve many tensions, but there is still a world before that. The school was very enriching; without it, I believe I would never have had access to these topics with specialists and experts.

Another fundamental point is really having contact with those who made and are making history on the internet. We have close contact, conversations during lunch, and afternoon coffee with truly experienced and wise people from whom we can ask questions informally and interactively. In addition, we participate in an extremely diverse group of people from all over the world and from different fields, which brings different perspectives to the classes and conversations. It is an opportunity that you rarely have elsewhere; it helps expand your horizons and step a little outside the bubble of your work, studies, or research. In the end, we even build a very important network for the future of the internet.

Johannes Kepler Universität, Austria Graduated in Law from the University of São Paulo (Brazil) and holds a Master’s degree in Design from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil).
