I grew up in Russia and now study in Vienna. Seeing both contexts up close made me more interested in how global rules land differently depending on institutions, resources and access. I completed my BA in Political Science at the University of Vienna and I am continuing with an MA in Political Science (Governance, International Politics and Sustainable Development), alongside a double degree in European & International Studies and Energy Policy Studies (Trento/Masaryk). I completed UNODA training in Cyberdiplomacy and took part in the UN ECOSOC Youth Forum which gave me real exposure to multi-stakeholder discussions.
