I hold a Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre in Kampala. My legal training provided a foundation in regulatory frameworks, but my interest in the digital frontier led me to St. Petersburg State University. I am currently completing my Master’s in International Relations, where my research focuses specifically on Internet Governance. My thesis explores the intersection of state sovereignty and global digital cooperation, and I am eager to bridge my legal expertise with the technical and diplomatic nuances taught at EuroSSIG to better serve Africa.
