Academic background: I studied at Baku State University from 2000 to 2004. At the faculty of Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics, the specialty of Economic Cybernetics. Graduated with distinction from the university in 2004, at the Bachelor’s Degree. From 2004 to 2006 studied on master degree at the same university. In 2006 graduated with distinction, at the Master’s Degree. At 2014 defended my PhD dissertation and awarded the title of Doctor of Philosophy in Mathematics.
I am working at the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the department on Science, Technology and Information Society Development as a senior adviser on IT field.
Please explain why you are interested to participate at the Euro-SSIG:
I want to participate on Euro-SSIG for getting more detailed information about technical internet standards, protocols, codes, domain names, registries and I want to increase my knowledge on IT field. I think it is an unique opportunity for getting information and knowledge’s from experts working directly in the technical community. Also Euro-SSIG offers great opportunity to get acquainted with the experience of other countries.
