I am a Ph.D. student in the Horizon 2020 Early-Stage Researcher (MSCA) program in Human Rights. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Nazarbayev University and an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Degree (EMJMD) in European Politics and Society from Pompeu Fabra University, Leiden University, and Charles University. I have also over two years of experience working with the government, NGOs, and the private sector. Besides, I am skilled in first-hand direct observations, which I gained while working as an independent observer at the Kazakhstani presidential and parliamentary elections in 2016 and 2019.
