I graduated from Tbilisi State University (Georgia) with a bachelor’s degree in law in 2017. Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Arts in Politics and Governance in the Digital Age at the University of Tartu, Estonia. My academic background and previous professional experiences have provided me with a strong understanding of the legal principles and frameworks that ensure and strengthen the protection of human rights and democracy. In my current studies, I am focusing on e-governance, e-voting, and the intersection of digital technologies and human rights.
