DiploFoundation
Sorina Teleanu works with DiploFoundation, as Internet governance programmes associate. She is also part of the core team that coordinates the South Eastern European Dialogue on Internet Governance (SEEDIG), a sub-regional IGF initiative launched in 2015. Previously, Sorina served as a staff member in the Romanian Parliament, where she dealt with ICT-related legislation and policies. She has been a long-time volunteer to the IGF Secretariat (where she also worked as a fellow and a consultant) and EuroDIG, and is now involved in the formation of a Romanian IGF. Sorina is an alumni of DiploFoundation’s Internet Governance Capacity Building Programme, ICANN’s Fellowship Programme (now serving as a member of the fellowship selection committee), and ISOC’s Next Generation Leadership programme. In 2009, she attended EuroSSIG as a fellow.
