Academic background: I am in the process of collecting data for my Masters Thesis at the United States International University of Africa where I am pursuing a dual Concentrations program in Strategy management and Information Systems. My thesis assignment is on E-readiness of Companies in Kenya. I have a Certificate in Policy Formulation, Analysis and Advocacy and hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Business Administration – Finance Concentration.

Please explain why you are interested to participate at the Euro-SSIG: Today I run the Kenya Internet Exchange Point and as such internet governance concerns of Network stability, network availability, network access and affordability keep coming to us. There are also concerns of security vs privacy and how to achieve the right balance. I am interested in learning from other at the Euro-SSIG and getting knowledge of best practices and standard that need to be adhered to so as to facilitate a stable, safer and accessible internet for all.
