TU Darmstadt, Germany
Academic background: I am a Ph.D. student at the TU Darmstadt in Germany. My research combines knowledge in network security and cryptography to design privacy-preserving decentralized systems. I look at privacy through the lens of human rights and cryptography as a tool for privacy. I am deeply concerned with centralization of power and mass surveillance. I have also worked on philosophy of technology and presently organize seminars on unfairness in algorithmic decision making.
