Anastasia Vladimirova

In 2019, I completed my master’s degree in Human Rights at Central European University in Budapest, where I focused my studies on digital rights and wrote my thesis on the effects of anti-encryption policies on human rights actors in Turkey and Russia. In June 2018, I attended the Internet Law Summer School at the University of Geneva where I deepened my knowledge of cyber law and digital rights, especially in the context of global social media platforms and telecom providers. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Peace and Global Studies from Earlham College, Indiana, USA.
