Coding Rights, Brazil
I hold a Bachelor of Laws from Centro Universitário de Brasilia, with a graduation paper that studied the construction of the Marco Civil da Internet Act and how the multi-stakeholder participation process was used to establish safeguards and basic rights for internet users. I have also attended a few classes at the University of Brasilia on Human Rights, International Law and Digital rights and a short course on transnational law and systems of justice, and am one of the founding members of the Internet Governance track at the Laboratory of Internet and Public Policy at the University of Brasilia.
