I have Bachelors and Masters in Law from Tbilisi State University (Georgia). I am currently writing PhD thesis on the nature of corporations and corporate form from a multidisciplinary perspective. I am employed at a government Agency as a Senior Specialist, tasked with matters pertaining to EU relations and approximation of Georgian law with EU counterpart. I have been involved in the IG issues since last year (2019 SEEDIG and YouthDIG, presented Youth Messages at 2019 EuroDIG). I have participated in multiple trainings and seminars on various topics, including “fake news”, disinformation, etc. and published two articles in private law.
