I hold a PhD from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom. My doctoral research undertook a comparative study of digital technology challenges to copyright holders’ rights and internet intermediaries’ secondary liability for copyright infringement in Nigeria, the United Kingdom and the United States. Earlier, I had obtained LLM Public International Law from the London School of Economics and LLM International Information Technology Law from Robert Gordon University. Also, I graduated with LLB (Hons) First Class from the University of Ibadan. I was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, having attended the Nigerian Law School in 2005.
