I have a Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management from Carleton University, with a specialization in Communication and IT Policy. In my final year, I completed my undergraduate thesis on privacy regulation in Canada.
I also have a Master of Information (MI) in Critical Information Policy Studies from the University of Toronto. During my studies I took courses in Internet Governance where I read Laura DeNardis’ book, The Global War for Internet Governance.
I am currently studying for a Master of Studies in Practical Ethics at the University of Oxford, where I am focusing on AI Ethics.
